Privacy policy

This policy covers the Sticky Snail game for iPhone and this website. Sticky Snail is made by Troika Studio. The App Store seller and the person responsible for your data is Timur Zabolotskii.

The short version

Sticky Snail does not collect your personal data. There are no accounts, no ads, no analytics, no tracking and no in-app purchases. We have no servers that receive data from the game.

What stays on your device

The game saves your progress on your iPhone: coins, best height, unlocked skins and maps, daily rewards, missions and settings. This data never leaves your device and we cannot see it. Deleting the game deletes it.

Game Center

If you are signed in to Game Center, the game sends your height and achievements to Apple so they appear in leaderboards. Other Game Center players can see your Game Center nickname and scores. Apple processes this data under its own privacy policy: https://www.apple.com/legal/privacy/. You can turn Game Center off in the iPhone Settings app at any time. The game works fully without it.

Sharing

When you tap Share, iOS opens the standard share sheet with a text about your result. Nothing is sent unless you choose where to send it.

This website

The website has no accounts, forms, ads, analytics or tracking cookies. It remembers only the language you picked, in your own browser. Like any website, our server keeps short technical logs (IP address, browser type, time of the visit) to keep the site running and secure. These logs are not used to identify you and are deleted automatically after 14 days.

Children

The game is suitable for all ages and does not collect data from anyone, including children under 13 or under 16.

Your rights

Because we do not collect or store personal data, there is nothing for us to access, correct or delete. If you have a question about your data, write to us and we will answer within 30 days.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will update the date at the top of this page. Important changes will also be noted in the game's App Store update notes.
